Hot Cares gives us wings

Growing up in a children’s home means missing out on many experiences that other children take for granted. Like flying in an aeroplane.

So you can imagine the level of excitement when a group of our younger children were invited to attend the Hot 102.7 and Hot Cares Children’s Flight. At Orient Airfield, they watched the small planes and helicopters taking to the sky, and queued in joyful anticipation, and a little trepidation, for their turn to experience their first flight.

Being able to look down on their friends from above, to see the rolling fields and roofs of houses was an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much, Hot 102.7.
